Job Details:
The role of Account Manager will act as the primary customer contact and interface during all client projects, small and large.
Responsibilities:
*. Generating and maintaining project timelines
*.Prepare weekly status reports for customers regarding milestones and health of projects
*.Organize and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings for projects both internally focused as well as with clients
*.Ensure projects meet the expectations of the customer organization as agreed upon in the project's statement of work
*.Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts
*.Communicate project status with the delivery leadership team
Requirements:
*. MUST have 3-5 years experience as a digital agency account manager
*.Strong organizational skills
*.Excellent customer relation skills
