Customer Service Executive | RB Dubai

Job Details:
Customer Management: Liase with our Customers across the Middle East Region and identify opportunities for synergy, improvement in both relationship building and cost delivery. Will be required to have regular meetings with Customer in order to improve operations. Or der Management: Be an expert in managing Customer Data, Order Creation, Manage customer specific logistics requirements, maintain a proper process flow in the Order to Cash Cycle. Will also be responsible for Service Targets (On time), troubleshooting orders and claim management
Reporting: Maintain and update Monthly and Quarterly scorecards to track KPIs and Issues. Will be responsible for Order Reconciliations and Pack Fill Rate reporting.
System Improvements: Critically Analyse process steps in the Customer Service workflow to identify process improvements. Work with the Information Services team to help define system improvements in the ERP or reporting tools in use.
