Job Details:
Nulab Inc. is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and grow our web content in order to support strategic organizational objectives.
He or she should be passionate about storytelling and have a strong content background. The right candidate must have the ability to strategize and develop content that is engaging across all mediums—blog, email, video, graphics, digital ads, print and social media.
The ideal candidate is creative, able to interpret analytics, meets deadlines and has experience managing a team. The ability to troubleshoot web related technical issues is a plus.
This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the Social Media Manager and Product Designer.
NOTE:We are looking for an actual creator/writer, not a strategist. You will be required to write and create content.
Role Focus
Content
*.Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that supports organizational goals in every stage of the sales funnel—from increasing active users to converting free users to paid users.
*.Write, create and manage digital and print content that is consistent with the organization’s brand, style and tone.
*.Complete ownership of company blog: create blog strategy, content calendar, write blogs, work closely with internal team members for technical topics (i.e. software development, UX design), track performance and web traffic to the blog.
*.Create marketing contents including: animated videos, graphics, infographics, white papers, presentations and print materials (brochures, stickers, tote bags).
*.Manage in-house and outsourced content creators including developers, graphic designers, videographers, data analysts, interns etc.
*.Monitor and report on content marketing metrics and show continuous improvement of the content strategy based on analytics.
Copywriting and Digital Marketing
*.Write clear, creative copy for company website, emails, blog, ads, landing pages and other marketing communications to represent critical brand elements.
*.Ensure titles, headings and descriptions are SEO friendly with keyword densities.
*.Boost email marketing efforts with newsletters, user surveys, promotions and appreciation emails.
Editing
*.Review in-house and outsourced content creators’ work to ensure there are no grammatical, punctuation or spelling errors.
Requirements
*.3-5+ years experience in digital content marketing including content creation, strategy, editing, analytics, social media marketing and SEO.
*.3+ years experience in project management and/or management of an in-house and outsourced team.
