Job Details:
The Content Marketing Strategist (CMS) will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for managing and developing the content marketing operations for TaskUs. As the resident content marketing specialist, the CMS is solely accountable for implementing and maintaining the content that fuels marketing activities across sales enablement, social media, events and marketing automation.
Specifically….
*.Develop strategic content calendar including (Blog posts, social media, emails/newsletters, white papers, PR, videos).
*.Develop sales enablement pieces (one sheets, case studies, corporate decks).
*.Measure, analyze, and optimize, performance of content across all outlets.
*.Be responsible for the TaskUs website and ensure it is up-to-date and performing well.
*.Lead TaskUs through a brand standardization and website redevelopment project.
*.Manage incoming RFP’s (collecting data, managing internal stakeholders, writing proposals).
*.Be a general resource across the entire organization for writing, proofreading, and editing client-facing and public-facing pieces.
*.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce compelling direct mail copy, sales materials and marketing collateral.
*.Engaging business writer who can communicate complicated topics in a simple, thought-provoking manner.
*.Strategic thinker – ability to make data-driven business decisions.
*.Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills.
*.Comfortable thinking on your feet and working through ambiguity.
*.An eye for design – able to quickly spec out and wireframe throw website redesigns, presentations and more.
*.Quick learner – must be eager to independently learn about the latest technologies, solutions and platforms,.

Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES: REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES
*.Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations Marketing/Business or related Communications field.
*.3+ years content marketing experience, technical writing experience preferred.
*.3+ years branding and positioning experience.
*.Experience advocating for content strategy best practices, principles, and methodology.
*.Experience in an agency or similar client services environment is preferred.
*.Experience writing RFP’s.
*.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
*.Startup experience is a plus.
*.Experience with Salesforce and WordPress is a plus..
