Job Details:
As a top tier supervisor, you maintain training materials and provide your direct reports with the tools they need to succeed. You interview, coach and hire new employees and complete their annual reviews. You also evaluate proprietary accounting software for enhancement opportunities and authorize change requests to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
