The Sales and Marketing IT team is responsible for developing and delivering solutions leveraging a wide array of systems architectures and technical platforms. Our industry leading developers, engineers, testers and architects work closely with internal teams and dealers to deliver the world’s best customer and dealer experience.
We are looking to hire a full-time Product Manager for our growing group of talented, collaborative, and passionate team members in Austin, TX. You will help translate business and user requirements into detailed user-stories; work within a multidisciplinary team that includes UX, QA Testing, and Software Development team members
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prioritize the product backlog with the business teams by identifying, documenting business requirements, and advising business on options, risks, and costs-
Develop use cases, functional specification and data mappings to explain/demonstrate business requirements /specifications to Product Development teams
Possess hands-on skills to write detailed user stories and creates wireframe for user interfacing flows
Work with the engineering and QA teams during the software development lifecycle to deliver the projects/features
Strong internal and “customer-facing” communication skills (written & oral) to lead meetings, document requirements, and engage stakeholders
Enable Completion of User Acceptance Testing, User Training, and Product Launches with Business for each milestone- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous, time-sensitive projects
Develop the product strategy & roadmap with business for your areas of ownership.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS/SKILL S-
Business and technical savvy; weed through details and understand the problems the product should solve.
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, and communication skills - Knowledge/experien ce working within an Agile or "lean" software development environment
- 3+ years of product management/produ ct owner experience.- Quick Learner and Strong Team player with a 'get it done' attitude under tight timelines
- Knowledgeable in Java technology.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and/or vehicle management systems a strong plus
- This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in North & South America (10%)...
