We are currently looking for innovative hands-on DevOps Engineer to design, develop, test, and advance sophisticated CI and CD solutions
TOP SKILLS NEEDED:
1. Linux and Windows
2. Good understanding of OS/Deployment Scripting: Python, Powershell, or Ruby.
3. Experience with Automation environments: chef or puppet
4. CLOUD environment AWS
5. Continuous integration: source control and unit testing
Responsibilities:
+ Ability to comprehend business requirements and be able to map them to operational requirements.
+ Strong emphasis on automation
+ Perform research, analysis, design and implementation and provide effective solutions for short term and long term needs
+ Work in a team environment and share knowledge.
**Qualifications**
Minimum qualifications
+ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with strong fundamentals and problem solving skills.
+ 2 years experience in a production operations role
+ Working knowledge of Puppet or Chef and common scripting languages
+ Experience in a continuous integration process, employing a CI server, automated unit testing and deployment
+ Strong experience with both Git and Subversion
+ Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, TestNG.
+ Understanding of Cloud Architecture - AWS is a plus
Preferred qualifications
+ Experience with Content Management Systems desirable.
+ Experience working with Ant, Maven, and/or Ivy
+ Experience with Jenkins
+ Experience in Cloud Development and Deployment technologies such as RightScale, Chef, AWS API
+ Experience working with Agile/Scrum and TDD is highly desirable
+ Dynamic and strong in communication & analytical skills and possesses open and flexible attitude..
