Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media, Brand and Digital Channels | Standard Chartered Bank- Singapore

Job Details:
The purpose of this role is to promote Brand and Digital Channels in the digital space to build awareness, and consumer engagement and usage. Equally, to lead digital marketing excellence in Earned Media by developing, managing, driving and measuring all social media initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Brand and Digital Channels end to end from planning, execution and measurement.
a. Plan and execute local brand and sponsorship initiatives which include LFC and Marathon.
b. Be the lead for digital channels initiatives.
c. Develop targets and identify milestones
d. Develop and secure necessary approvals on all creative and media assets.
e. Work with agencies to execute digital marketing plans spanning paid, owned and earned media.
f. Ensure end to end tracking is present.
Lead excellence in earned media
a. Provide thought leadership and expertise in implementing Singapore’s social media strategy, roadmap and enablers.
b. Roll out of pan-bank social media initiatives that will help elevate visibility and acquisition across key retail products.
c. Lead the community management of Singapore’s social media page(s).
d. Build fan/ follower base and engagement rates in Singapore’s social media page(s).
e. Measure and report customer engagement, lead generation and conversion across social media channels.
f. Responsible for social media monitoring on customer sentiments, tracking online buzz, competition and be aware of market changes and developments.
g. Identify best practice and share trends and learnings on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Blogs, Forums and any upcoming platforms.
h. Highlight systemic risks or opportunities from social platforms for product/segment to resolve or capitalize on.
Agency/ relationship management
a. Optimise resource and delivery timelines.
b. Review performance and regulatory compliance.
c. Negotiate and optimise budget allocation.
d. Identify risk around engagement process.
Governance
a. Capture key metrics of social media conversion funnel from fan growth, engagement and all the way to leads (and bookings, as applicable)
b. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, social media guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
1.Functional
*.At least 5 years' previous experience in managing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
*.Technology experience is a plus
*.At least possess a Graduate degree, Preferably an MBA candidate.
