Senior Analyst, Business Solution, Commercial | Adidas Seoul, Korea

Job Details:
Purpose:
Provide consultation , identify innovative solutions and implement projects , activities in Commercial Functions (channels and brands) to ensure adidas Group Korea Commercial information technology needs are managed consistently, following professional IT and global standards, and delivered with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Proactively consult , resolve challenges and provide effective solutions in a timely manner to the business to ensure internal customer satisfaction for the defined areas of responsibility
*
Acquire and maintain knowledge of commercial functions (channels and brands in a dynamically changing environment to lead innovation in the organization
*
Closely align to the IT governance structure with commercial function Market Process Owners to resolve issues and execute enhancement tasks in support of adidas Group strategic direction
*
Closely collaborate with the commercial functions teams to manage demand dependencies and business requirements with the business and across Global IT to ensure continuous business process improvements
*
Deliver business and Global IT demands based on the agreed IT prioritization to ensure delivery effectiveness and efficiency
*
Implement Request for Change(RFC)s, small to mid-scale projects and work streams for consumer facing systems and processes to deliver value and outcome within the boundaries of time, cost and resources
*
Manage smooth project handovers to the respective support teams to ensure the stabilization and sustainability of processes and systems by following the governance model; including documentation, training and planning.
*
Implement change management activities for the respective projects/releases through supporting stakeholders so that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits
*
Responsible to report all progress in operations and Keep System Running(KSR) by tracking all activities in internal and external resources to deliver facts timely to ensure the right decisions are take in IT and business teams
*
Closely collaborate with the consumer facing business counterparts and vendors to resolve application issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
*
Embrace the One Team mindset as a team member of the IT commercial function

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
*
Proven business process analysis skills - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, document findings, draw valid conclusions and propose solutions.
*
Strong understanding of Commercial business processes in consumer product and manufacturing industries.
*
Experience of application deployment with strong analytical, systems and structured analysis, and social skills and with the ability to address the issues and requirements from a business perspective.
*
Ability to plan and execute tasks effectively in a team environment, coordinating multiple tasks in parallel.
*
Project delivery experience as task owner of IT team
*
Strong documentation and training skills as part of project execution
