Primary Job Responsibilities:This role is to lead Digital marketing and CRM for ebay India is to build a unified view of the customer and leverage both internal and external channels to increase relevant traffic, ROI on digital marketing spends, and build a unified view of the customer across multiple touch points, marry customer incentive programs with loyalty initiatives and target customers on and off platform to drive growth, GMV per customer and improve ROI, Build the vision for technology platform to have a unified view of the customer across channels
Job Requirements:
Online Marketing Strategy
*.Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver
measurable impact on the sales funnel (web, mobile)
*.Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing quality traffic on mobile app, mobile site and desktop through incisive Online Marketing programs.
*.Ensure consistent and effective online interventions in the conversion funnel brand across all
mobile and online platforms on a day to day basis.
*.Delivering an excellent customer experience by improving the quality level of integrated online presence (cross device) and ensure a consistent approach to app, mobile site and website website campaigns.
*.Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and gather insights on new ideas to test.
*.Mine data and use analytics to help build products/experiments and propositions that will help ebay plug consumer need gaps in the travel space & move offline customer & product segments online.
*.Relevance Marketing, Analytics & Technology Based Marketing
*.Growth hacking
*.Overall management of pay-per- click strategies including P & L responsibility
*.Own reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities and overall online marketing ROI.
*.Stay abreast of current and best practices of the industry/market.
CRM Head
*.Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that delive measurable impact on Repeat Purchases and First time buyer acquisition
*.Own and evolve the CRM playbook, including customer life cycle management, intentivization engine, loyalty engine
*.Drive growth through improved Repeats and upward movement of Customer segments
*.Drive top of the funnel growth by owning first time buyer acquisition strategy, optimize cost of acquisition
*.Ownership on Customer P/L and owning GMV/Revenue targets
*.Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and gather
insights on new ideas to test.
