Job Details:
The Marketing Support opportunity sits within the Philips Middle East & Turkey (MET) Personal Health business and particularly, within our Domestic and Kitchen Appliances business. The role will see you working closely with Regional and Global Marketing teams / leaders, partnering with Sales team and working closely with our Brand, Digital and Marketing teams to deliver operational execution on programs. The programs will vary – launch readiness, portfolio management, GTM development, social media programs, consumer segmentation and more!

Key Responsibilities
This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for, but not limited to:-
*.
Leading operational execution activities on marketing activities for our Domestic Appliances business – the most successful of our Personal Health businesses
*.
Leading market product introductions – from liaising with global teams to ensuring products are available for distributors/partners and then delivering the marketing activities around the introductions
*.
Conducting market segmentation and analysis and thereafter, creating marketing campaigns based on these findings. You may also be procuring market research and working with marketing managers to develop programs
*.
Supporting marketing events and activities including product promotions & campaigns
*.
Partnering with sales teams to ensure product availability across all current and future channels – and with a real focus on further developing our e-commerce platforms
*.
Managing relationships with external stakeholders (PR agencies, conference organisers, other suppliers etc.)
*.
Following up on leads from events and analysing and measuring their successes. Making proposals based on analysis for selection of future activities
*.
Providing input to the marketing manager for the regional marketing strategy and plan.
*.
Exploring “unconventional” routes to market, e.g. online and social media channels, driving awareness of the category to consumers with the intention of further driving sales
Your Profile
*.
You will definitely have studied marketing, and you may or may not also offer Philips some commercial experience to support your academic education
*.
Whilst your education and work experience are important, we are more interested in your passion, your energy, your enthusiasm, your mind and your ideas

The role requires some strong relationship building skills – you’ll work with both internal and external teams, you’ll face customers and you will be presenting your ideas and our marketing solutions so you must be confident and comfortable in these environment..
