Your area of responsibility:
You will learn all about the company, its working practices and its products while undergoing practical training in Germany and in the company’s European branches. After this period, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the Middle East/Far East/Asia. You will be tasked with looking for opportunities, sales outlets and distribution partners based on your current and new networks. In addition, you will visit architects, contractors and their implementing partners. In collaboration with the back office, you will mainly develop project offers with targeted closing skills. In addition, you will be responsible for the turnover & budget and report to the Sales Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience
Your profile:
*. Completed technical training, ideally complemented by academic studies degree or equivalent qualification
*.8-10 years commercial B2B sales experience, preferably in the glass and/or metal construction industry, along with project experience and architect consulting
*.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
*.Residence in Bahrain
*.Profound knowledge of Middle Eastern culture and market conditions
*.A proactive personality with an entrepreneurial approach and sales skills
*.Capacity for teamwork coupled with excellent communication skills
*.High degree of assertiveness, diligence and self-discipline..
