Learning & Development Manager | Visa Bangalore, India

Job Details:
1. Lead & manage projects to improve and sustain various business metrics within acceptable limits.
2. Participate in strategic planning and decision making with client leadership teams in support of all business initiatives impacting client phone shops.
3. Drive automation through effective use of technology & personnel skills to ensure optimization of resources & accuracy in reporting.
4. Participate in monthly calls with finance and marketing teams and incorporate relevant inputs in the forecasts.
5. Ensure departmental attainment of key metrics by identifying issues/trends and notifying management accordingly to encourage swift action are taken to achieve goals.
6. Build and maintain relationships with leadership teams of all TLS markets.
7. Provide consulting as needed to plan for meeting all service level agreements.
8. Determine appropriate staff counts for each product group and initiate cross utilization to maximize servicing potentials.
9. Ensure coordination and accurate submission of Service Requests for all markets.
10. Dynamically adjust and support strategic changes to the business.
11. Ensure participation in the integration of global BCP plans. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks
Qualifications1. 6+ years of experience, including 3 or more years in a Workforce Management ( Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling & MIS).
2. Knowledge of and expertise in the execution of Forecasting & Capacity Planning
3. Knowledge of workforce management systems, tools and methodologies
4. Hands on experience on Avaya CMS, Resource Management, Workforce Planning and Resource Utilization
5. Forecasting, Demand & Supply management, Strategic Resource Management and Bench Engagement
6. Information Services and Data Analytics
7. Ability to understand and provide solutions for staffing conflicts
