HR Services Advisor | Shell - Manila, #Philippines

Job Details:
*.Receive, analyse, process and follow-up on HR transactional requests received from employees, former employees, business unit HR and line managers via web forms, email, forwarded EIC tickets (Employee Interaction Center), etc. Escalate when necessary
*.Respond to and process HR transactional requests accurately, consistently and in a timely manner in accordance with standardised process flows and Shell HR policy
*.Support to all users of the Shell People system, Shell Open University and Shell People Open Resourcing. This includes all employees and managers and the HR community
*.Respond to queries related to the Shell People system, Shell Open University and Shell People Open Resourcing, as well as the procedures and programmes that support them
*.Conduct all work in compliance with established Service Level Agreements and Shell data privacy requirements
*.Interact/communicate with employees, former employees, business unit HR and line managers with a focus on customer service and continuous process improvement
*.Work collaboratively with other parties across the tiered service structure (HR Service Desk, Benefits Analysis & Control, Payroll, etc) to provide seamless service
*.Maintain accurate and up to date files/records and knowledge management information as dictated by individual processes and Shell Records Retention Policy
*.Meets HR Shared Services "Service Excellence" behavioral standards
*.Assume ownership for cases and be – as result – responsible for case opening and closure
*.Seek for rapid and efficient resolution of requests, promptly resolving the majority of requests in first call / emails when first opening
*.Follow up on resolution and inform customer on status
*.Candidates should be willing to interact with the customers/global employees through phone (receiving queries and giving timely and quality resolution to queries)
*.Deliverables:Effective and efficient service provision in line with service level agreements and Customer Satisfaction targets.
Requirements
*.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (any field); preferably those in the field of Human Resources, Behavioral Science or the equivalent
*.Has excellent customer orientation
*.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
*.Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
*.Strong command in English, both oral and written
*.Advance knowledge in using Microsoft office tools. Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
*.Strong proficiency in using PC applications (e.g MS Office, Internet, Email)
*.Must be willing to work on night shift,and be based in Makati City..
