As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will define and execute The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's talent acquisition strategy. A strategy focused on attracting and engaging extraordinary talent to support our vision and business goals. As the leader of all recruiting efforts for the bank you will manage the day-to-day operations and performance of our recruiting team; craft long-term recruitment strategies with our leadership and executive teams; partner with corporate communications on employment branding; and, expand our social media outreach to attract diverse talent.
Your role will be key to identifying innovative ways to take our talent acquisition function to the next level in support of the Bank’s growth and becoming the employer of choice!
Highlights of Responsibilities:

You will create and execute multi-faceted talent attraction strategy that leverages best-in-class practices.

Consistently partner with corporate communicati ons to develop and manage employment branding, as well as social media strategy and recruitment materials.

Build talent communities through various channels and social media.

Establish standard practices/pr ocesses that effectively and efficiently advance the candidate through the talent acquisition process.

Help drive and long-term partnerships with varied business units through collaboration to determine future direction, prioritize gaps and identify new, innovative approaches to the talent acquisition candidate experience.

Provide end-to-end service delivery management with all candidates to ensure exceptional candidate experience and onboarding.

Lead and manage talent acquisition projects and develops standard processes, including presentation s.
*.
Proactively research industry trends and innovations in talent acquisition to develop the tools, processes and systems that attract the best talent.

Leverage analytics data to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process and present regular reporting recruitment metrics to leadership teams.

Oversees all aspects of leading/man aging the staff including hiring, coaching, career development , and performance management .

Always ensure that the supporting processes and tools, such as relocation, referral and vendor management are effective and seamless.
Qualifications:
*.
Minimum of 7- 10 + years HR/talent acquisition experience to include 5+ years experience in managing staff

Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent experience
*.
Strong track record of quality results as an innovative and creative Talent Acquisition leader driving headcount growth
*.
Demonstrate d experience to build relationships and communicat e effectively at all levels within the organization
*.
Strong organization al skills to effectively assist in the management of multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines, within budget and with high quality results
