Human Resources Analyst | Novo Nordisk- Mississauga, Canada

Job Details:
This is a full time, permanent position. In this role you will proactively provide metrics, analytics and insights to support the successful execution of Human Resources strategy. You will also generate meaningful data in order to communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders, and support data–driven decision making. You will manage and maintain the HRIS data system and act as the subject matter expert for all things HRIS. This position will include the coordination and administration of key human resources programs, projects and processes. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is solutions and results-oriented. As an HR Analyst and provide knowledable answers with an exceptional level of customer service to your customer and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Key prerequisites to master the job as a HR Analyst include a minimum three years of experience within Human Resources and a minimum of two years in an analytical role.
You define yourself as detail oriented, highly analytical, organized and resourceful individual. You work well independently and with others in a fast paced environment with a ‘can do attitude’. You must be able to navigate several tasks at once, meeting deadlines and objectives. The rightcandidate will have strong communication skills both orally and written.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and an MBA preferred. French/ English is an asset.
