Regional Enterprise Services Sales Manager | HP- Singapore

Job Details:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Regional Enterprise Services Sales Manager and this will be Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) focus role to develop, lead and sell PPS Services portfolio (Configuration and Deployment Services, Commercial Carepacks and Contracts) to Global Accounts, Corporate, Enterprise and Public Sector customers with the HP sales representative through the end-user route-to-market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
·Responsible for creating and driving services sales pipeline
·Build growth opportunities and using account planning process, actively manage planning process through scheduled review and update
·Seek out and qualify new business opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in the drive pursuit
·Empower sales team and services specialists on services portfolio and processes
·Participate in creation of bonus programs for sales team
·Establish a professional, working and consultative relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
·Continually build and reinforce client’s perception of HP as a credible service partner
·Consultatively position HP in early deals to influence client strategy through developing demand generation activities
·Develop and champion the business justification for complex service solutions to ensure a successful engagement
·Key facilitator in Configuration and Deployment Services on sales support, escalation management, communication and pricing negotiation with BU
Qualifications
Typically 10+ years’ experience in managing Enterprise or Global Sales in the IT industry, preferably in Computing or Printing sector
6 years of strong knowledge of trends in the industry affect the strategy /direction of the product line/line of services or solutions
6 years in managing sales funnel, pipeline, account planning, sales management and development of business accounts
Initiate and drive innovative/breakthrough cross-functional and cross organizational strategies and tactics that generate revenue and share
Proven collaborator and effective communicator to internal and external partners
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Drive project negotiation, proposal development and management, sales and opportunity building
Develop and convert pipeline of short and longer term opportunities to meet or exceed quota
Shape offers in pursuit of new business and portfolio enhancement
Strong selling skills combined with effective operational sales execution including forecasting, planning, reporting and overall deal management
Effectively sell PPS offerings by building strategic relationships with decision makers and promoting PPS programs and offerings.
Understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits to customers
Apply broad understanding of technical innovations & trends to solving customer business problems
Create solutions that creatively address customer value chain and business requirements
Appropriately tailor communications to varying levels of customer management
Extensive level of industry acumen; keeps current with trends and able to converse with client on issues and challenges...
