Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited, PAN was incorporated in December 15, 1972 as Limited Liability Company with an authorized share capital of Three Million Naira. Twenty-seven months after incorporation, the then head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, commissioned the assembly plant on March 14, 1975, and though full operations had commenced on March 2, 1975.

Job Details:

CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
Roles :
•Effective management of the interface between suppliers, the network, customers and the commercial organization
•Management of help desk
•Development and implementation of  annual network and customer relationship plan to enhance market performance
•Track  and report new product trends
•Monitoring of sales and service performance of the network and evaluation of feedbacks for support actions
•Update of market information database
•Provide  customer service support for the company and  determine  customer satisfaction index
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
•Knowledge of organizational strategies, tools and techniques for understanding the needs of customers
•High level of product and customer knowledge
•Cross selling competency
•Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
•Must not be more than 35 years
Qualifications and Experience :
•Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent preferably in the social sciences
•Experience in marketing and information management
•3-5 years’ experience in related activities
Location: KADUNA
REPORTING LEVEL: This position reports to the Customer Relations Manager.

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Roles :
•Develops  and be responsible for sales strategies and results
•Determines sales regions, establish goals and quotas and ultimately, is accountable for company's sales performance.
•Ensures  operating efficiency and sales growth
•Maintains Client Relationships
•Optimizes  Dealership Network Relationship
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics :
•Must  have communication skills and the ability to manage personnel appropriately with  good Listening skills
•Be Visionary, Aggressive and bold with proactive attitude and capacity to deal with a wide range of issues
•Possess Contemporary selling skills
•Strong knowledge in automobiles sales techniques 
•Familiarity and skill with Microsoft Office suite
•Must not be more than 45 years
Qualifications and Experience :
•Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, with a higher degree as an advantage in the Social Sciences or Humanities.
•Not less than 12 years sales experience in cognate industries with at least 5 years of which must have been at management level in Sales.
•Evidence of acquired training in sales & Membership of relevant professional Body will be an added advantage.
REPORTING LEVEL:This position  reports to the General  Manager

ZONAL SALES HEADS
Roles :
•Lead sales campaign
•Grow Market share for vehicles and Spare parts
•Develop and implement Regional Sales Strategy
•Monitor market trends
•Forecast sales and negotiate volumes and marketing plans with dealers
•Optimize Dealership Network Relationship
•Must not be more than 35 years
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
•Contemporary selling skills
•Have good communication and problems solving skills
•Strong knowledge in automobiles sales techniques
•Be  Aggressive and bold
•Possess Strong market forecast ability
•Management of Customer Relationship
•Computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, with a higher degree as an advantage in the Social Sciences or Humanities.
•Not less than 10 years sales experience in cognate industries.
•Membership of relevant professional Body will be an added advantage.
Location:
•KADUNA-to cover the whole of the northern parts of the country.
•ABUJA- to cover the whole of the Central parts of the country.
•LAGOS- to cover the whole of the Southern, Western and Eastern parts of the country
REPORTING LEVEL:These positions  report to the National Sales  Manager

MARKETING MANAGER
Roles:
•Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
•Develop and implement promotion/advertising support programs
•Strong Competition  Analysis for strategy development
•Evaluate product performance
•Obtain market intelligence
•Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
•Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
•Work  with product development teams to manage new product development.
•Manage launch campaigns for new products.
•Manage distribution channels
•Manage media and marketing staff and external PR agencies.
•Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
•Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
•Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution.
•Commitment to continuous learning.
•Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
•Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
•Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
•Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, , and creative services.
•Experience managing external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors.
•Must not be more than 45 years
Qualifications and Experience:
•Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Related field
•10 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry in two different firms.
•Experience supervising and managing a team of professional staff.
•Experience in the global market & Membership of relevant professional Body will be an added advantage.

REPORTING LEVEL: This position reports to the General Manager

TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICERS:
Roles:
•Provision of technical support to Garages, Dealers and Customers including training
•Monitoring of Compliance with brand standards
•Updating the Dealership on After Sales policies and programmes
•Expansion of service outlets
•Execute plans for the use of genuine spare parts across the network
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
•Proficiency in the use of IT Equipment
•Have good report skills
•Sound technical knowledge of automobile products
•Must not be more than 35 years
•Advanced training in Auto technology & Membership of relevant professional Body will be an added advantage.
•3-4 years’ experience in related job environment
Qualifications and Experience:
•·        Bachelor's degree in engineering or its equivalent
Location: ABUJA & LAGOS
