Responsibilities

Own overall pipeline and online business for your market

Drive localized content, campaign execution, customer and partner engagement

Partner with the broad Enterprise Marketing team to scale Cloud Platform efforts locally

Work with ISVs, Startups, Fortune 500 companies.

Manage local influencers and relationships. Overall accountability for local execution

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)

5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Computer Science or development experience; comfortable talking about technical things with technical people and able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences)

Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management

Conversational knowledge of platforms like Python, PHP, .NET, Java and Cloud technologies like AWS and Windows Azure

Experience in the business technology market and expertise in working closely with an inside sales organization to drive demand. Excellent quantitative reasoning, creativity and strategic skills

Familiarity with website analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness

Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects

Job Description

• Technical Management of municipal services projects including bulk water supply and sanitation projects.
• Financial Project Management - budget control vs technical deliverables
• Project administration, drawing up of project specifications, monthly reporting, technical quality control of design deliverables.
• Ensure ISO compliance of Projects
• Ability to lead a design team and mentor junior staff members

Formal Qualification

• B Eng (Civil) or Bsc Eng (Civil)
• B Tech (Civil)

Experience

• 5 to 8 years design experience in municipal services environment and more specifically with regard to water services
• Project management experience
• Leader of a design team
• Any site supervision experience would be an added advantage

Computer Competency Requirements

• MS Office, MS Projects, MS Exel, Design Software in water services

Languages (Written & Spoken)

• Good command of the English language
